Account, projects and devices
Manage your profile, switch between projects, review signed-in devices and sign out safely.
Open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account settings. The page has three tabs.
| Tab | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Profile | Change your name, mobile number and timezone. Your login email is shown but cannot be changed yet. If you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture is shown next to your name; otherwise you see your initials. The Danger zone at the bottom lets you reset or delete your account. |
| Billing | See your balance, add credit and review credit and usage history. See Credits and billing. |
| Devices | See where you are signed in and sign devices out. |
Projects
Each project is one website, with its own research, history, activity and Google property. Use the project switcher at the top of the sidebar to:
- Switch the active project. The page reloads with that project's data.
- Create a New project for another site or client.
- Remove the active project. You cannot remove your only project.
Timezone
Pick your timezone on the Profile tab so dates and times appear correctly. The page asks you to confirm and then reloads.
Signed-in devices
You can be signed in on up to three devices at once. Signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest one. On the Devices tab you can see each browser, when it signed in and when it was last active, sign out one device, or choose Sign out all other devices. If you ever lose a laptop or phone, do this first.
Reset your account
Want to start over without closing your account? In the Danger zone on the Profile tab, choose Reset account and type RESET to confirm. Every project and everything in them (research, audits, backlink and domain results, tracked sites, keywords and positions, followed businesses and brands, content briefs and drafts, monitors and schedules) is permanently deleted, and every connected AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) is disconnected from your account. You start again from creating your first project, and you can connect your assistants again from MCP settings. Your sign-in, credit balance and billing history are kept. If something is still running, wait for it to finish or stop it from the Activity page first.
Delete your account
The Danger zone on the Profile tab deletes your account. You confirm by typing DELETE, you are signed out everywhere, every connected AI assistant is disconnected and we send you a confirmation email. Your projects and history become inaccessible, and any unused credit is forfeited, so use it first. Signing up again with the same email starts a fresh, empty account.
