Quick fixes for sign-in, credit, research and connection questions.
Signing in
My sign-in code has not arrived
Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. After the short countdown you can choose Resend code. Codes last 10 minutes, so use the newest one. If you signed up with Google, try Continue with Google instead.
It says my account is temporarily locked
Too many wrong codes pause sign-in for a while. The screen shows a countdown, and you can try again when it ends.
"No account exists for this email"
You need to sign up first, or you may have used a different email address than the one you registered with.
I was signed out unexpectedly
You can be signed in on up to three devices. Signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest. Manage this in Account settings → Devices.
Credit and payments
The research tools are greyed out
The research tools lock when your balance is $0.00. Add credit and they unlock immediately. Your saved results remain open in the meantime.
"Your balance is too low to start this request"
The request would use more credit than you hold. Nothing was charged. Add credit, or choose a smaller request, for example fewer pages in a site audit.
Can I pay from outside India?
DataFlowSEO currently serves customers in India and payments run through Razorpay (cards, UPI and net banking). We are working towards global availability and more payment options. If you are outside India, contact us before you add credit and we will tell you what works today.
I paid but my balance did not change
Refresh the page first. If it still shows the old balance, contact us with the payment reference from checkout and the email on your account.
Was I charged for a failed lookup?
No. Only lookups that complete successfully use credit. You can confirm any charge under Account settings → Billing → Usage.
Research tools
My site audit will not start
Only one audit runs at a time per project, so wait for the current one to finish. Also check that your balance covers the number of pages you chose.
Is this a saved result or a fresh one?
Results show a Saved result or Just updated label with how long ago they were updated. A saved result is free to open. Refresh runs it again, uses credit, and asks you to confirm first.
A tool says it is under maintenance
Occasionally a tool pauses live lookups for maintenance. Your saved results stay viewable and the tool returns shortly.
My rank tracking positions differ from what I see on Google
Google shows different results by location, device, signed-in history and time of day. Rank tracking reads results for the country, language and device you chose, so use it to follow the trend and compare keywords rather than to match one search you did yourself.
A keyword shows "not in the top 100"
Rank tracking reads the first 100 results. The site was not among them for that search, which is a real answer, and it is charged like any other check.
My rank-tracking schedule paused
A schedule pauses when a run would cost more than your spending limit, your balance cannot cover it, or checks keep failing. The site shows the reason. Add credit or raise the limit, then turn the schedule on again from Schedule.
I did not get a rank alert email
Alerts are sent after a scheduled check, only for keywords that moved by at least the number of positions you chose under Edit, or that entered or left the results. Check your spam folder, and that a schedule is switched on.
I cannot find my business in Local SEO
Search again with the exact business name and the city, and make sure the country and language match where the business is listed. Pick the right listing from the results to follow it.
My brand report shows a lot of unrelated pages
Brand names are searched as an exact phrase, so a common word matches everything that uses it. Follow a more specific name, such as the full brand name, to get cleaner results.
Why is ChatGPT data missing for my country?
ChatGPT mentions data is currently available for the United States in English only. Other platforms support more countries.
Are the numbers exact?
Keyword, domain, competitor, backlink, ranking, local, brand mention and AI visibility figures are estimates from a third-party data provider. Use them to compare and prioritise. Search Console and GA4 figures come directly from Google.

I cannot find my property
You must connect the Google account that has access to it in Search Console or GA4. If you have several Google accounts, Disconnect on the Integrations page and connect again with the right one.
GSC & GA4 Insights are missing from the sidebar
They appear only after a property is saved for the active project. Check the project switcher, then see Search Console and GA4.
AI assistants
My assistant cannot see my project
Open MCP settings → Connections, find the assistant and tick the project under its permissions, then Save permissions.
I want to disconnect an assistant
Use Revoke next to it in MCP settings. It loses access straight away, and you can reconnect any time.
