Credits and billing
Pay as you go: how to add credit, what uses it, what is always free, and where to see your history.
There are no plans, seats or subscriptions. You hold a balance in US dollars and a research lookup uses some of it when it completes. The balance never expires.
Add credit
Open the dialog
Click Add credit in the header, or go to your user menu → Account settings → Billing and choose Buy credits.
Choose an amount
Pick one of the presets ($10, $25, $50 or $100) or enter your own amount from $10 to $1,000. Amounts are in US dollars and taxes are added.
Pay securely
Payment runs through Razorpay and accepts cards, UPI and net banking. The checkout may show the amount converted to your local currency before you pay.
Start researching
Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed and the research tools unlock.
What uses credit
Credit is used when a live lookup completes successfully in one of the ten research tools: Keyword Research, Domain Overview, Competitors, Backlinks, Rank Tracking, Site Audit, Content Briefs, Local SEO, Brand Monitoring and AI Visibility. It makes no difference whether you start it in the dashboard or your AI assistant does. The exact amount of each charge is recorded in your usage history afterwards.
Larger requests use more than small ones. For example, a site audit of 1,000 pages uses more than one of 100 pages, a rank check uses a lookup for every keyword it reads, and a geo-grid uses one for every spot on it. Where the size is your choice, the page tells you before the lookup starts.
What is always free
- Reopening any saved result, from any past search or audit.
- Filtering, sorting and exporting results you have already saved.
- Linking Google Search Console and GA4, and reading their reports.
- Connecting an AI assistant over MCP, and asking it about your saved research.
- Setting things up: adding a site and keywords to track, following a business or a brand, and writing and scoring content drafts.
- Failed lookups. If a request fails, you are not charged.
- A request that cannot start because your balance is too low. Nothing is charged.
When your balance runs low

If a request would cost more than you hold, the app tells you before it begins and asks you to add credit, or to choose a smaller request such as fewer pages in a site audit.
See your history
Go to Account settings → Billing. The Credit added tab lists your top-ups and any refunds or adjustments. The Usage tab lists each charge with the tool, the amount and your balance afterwards. You can show 10, 25 or 50 rows at a time.
