This page takes you from nothing to your first result. You need an email address (or a Google account) and the address of the website you want to research. No subscription or card is needed to look around.

1. Create your account

  1. Open the sign-up page

Go to Sign up and choose Continue with Google, or fill in the form.

  2. Fill in your details

Enter your Name, Email and Mobile number (pick your country code from the list). Use a real, permanent email address. Temporary or disposable addresses are not accepted.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code

We email you a code. Type it on the "Check your email" screen within 10 minutes. If it has not arrived, use Resend code once the short countdown ends.

2. Create your first project

A project is one website you research. Everything you do (searches, audits, history, Google data) is saved inside the project, so client work never gets mixed up. The first time you sign in, you are taken straight to this step.

  1. Name it

Use any name you will recognise, such as the site or client name (2 to 80 characters).

  2. Add the website address

Enter the full address, for example https://example.com. Each website can be added once.

  3. Create the project

You land on your dashboard. You can add more projects at any time from the project switcher at the top of the sidebar.

3. Add credit

DataFlowSEO is pay as you go. Your balance starts at $0.00, and the research tools stay locked until you add credit. Saved results can always be opened.

  • Click Add credit in the top-right of the dashboard.
  • Pick a preset amount or type your own, then pay with a card, UPI or net banking.
  • Your new balance appears in the header straight away.

4. Run your first research

  1. Open Keyword Research

Choose it in the left sidebar.

  2. Enter a keyword and country

Try a topic from your business, such as "project management". The country defaults to United States.

  3. Pick a report type and run it

Start with Keyword suggestions for a list of ideas. You can move around while it runs, and the table fills when it is done.

  4. Explore the results

Sort, filter, open a row for details and export to CSV. Reopening this search later is free.
